Outvertising is the UK's leading LGBTQIA+ advocacy and inclusion group, shaking up the advertising and marketing industry to embrace diversity and inclusion at its core. Our mission is to drive LGBTQIA+ representation and inclusion in UK advertising and marketing. We do that by encouraging brands and their creative and media partners to be fully LGBTQIA+ inclusive in their workplaces, and in their communications. We push boundaries, ignite conversations, and empower brands and agencies to create authentic and impactful marketing that authentically represent LGBTQIA+ communities.
Outvertising is seeking a new Intelligence Co-Director to work alongside the existing Co-Director.
Who You Are:
You're a passionate advocate, thought leader, storyteller, analyst and wordsmith with a fire in your belly.
You're driven by a deep understanding of and interest in LGBTQIA+ experiences (across all intersections) and a relentless pursuit of inclusion through knowledge and intelligence.
You have the research chops, the writing flair, and the strategic mind to turn data into insights and into action agitating for change within the industry by doing so.

What You'll Do:
Be the voice of insight: Co-lead game-changing research projects like the Outvertising Ad Index; analysing data, harvesting insights, and collaborating with incredible partners like Channel 4, JCDecaux and IPSOS; you will also craft compelling reports and presentations that inform, educate, and inspire action.
Thought leadership with teeth: Develop and deliver thought-provoking articles and social media content that challenge the status quo and spark conversations that drive change. Be an expert voice in the media, at industry events, and on panels including the likes of Advertising Week Europe, The Future of Brands, and our very own Outvertising Live.
Content that counts: Write clear, concise, and impactful communication across various formats. Ensure all content resonates with our audience and aligns with our values.
Proactive and reactive: Anticipate industry needs trends and proactively develop content that addresses them, in partnership with our Advocacy Co-Director colleagues. Be ready to respond to current events and emerging issues with agility and insight.
Collaborate, and lead: Work closely with the Outvertising team, partners, and external experts to ensure that major projects like the Outvertising Ad Index are delivered to completion.
